This past week was “vegan week”…no meat, egg, dairy etc.And I have to say I like it. I feel better overall, my digestion is better, I feel lighter and I like that I have to be intentional about what I eat, I have to plan my meals. The only thing is I felt sleepy sometimes which was usual for me and I really missed fish too. I think i happy medium would be to add fish and the proper supplements. Gonna talk to my doctor and get her advice as well.
